A set-top box for the new DVB-T2 H.265 (HEVC) digital broadcast standard in the Czech Republic, designed to be used with a standard antenna and capable of being placed behind the TV.

Installation

Easy automatic installation and channel tuning thanks to the setup wizard. Manual channel tuning is also available.

 

 

Connecting to Your TV

You can plug the TESLA TE-222 Dongle directly into the HDMI port on your TV or use the HDMI extension cable (included) if the port is hard to reach—for example, if your TV is mounted on the wall.

 

Connecting to an Antenna

You can connect your antenna cable to the device using the connector with a standard IEC plug (included).

Multimedia

You can play movies, music, or photos via an external USB storage device. You can also record broadcast programs and schedule recordings for when you’re away. You can then play back the recording at any time and even skip the commercials. You can also do this using the TimeShift feature, which this receiver supports.

HDMI-CEC Feature

A feature designed to control connected devices via an HDMI cable using just one remote control. Individual CEC-enabled devices can therefore control each other. For example, the set-top box remote control can simultaneously turn the TV on or off. *
