No need to worry about false alarms

Do you like to experiment in the kitchen? Then you’ll appreciate the mute feature. If you’re certain there’s no fire, you can silence the sensor for a moment. For the next 90 seconds, it will not emit any light or sound signals. This gives you enough time to ventilate the area. Once the time has elapsed, the sensor will return to standby mode.

ZigBee Technology and Mobile App

In the TESLA Smart app, you can easily pair the sensor with other smart products and set up smart automations. It pairs perfectly, for example, with a smart siren (which triggers an additional 100 dB alarm) or smart lighting (which can illuminate a path to safety in a smoke-filled room). The device communicates with other products on the network via ZigBee technology—so to take full advantage of the sensor’s smart features, your home must be equipped with a ZigBee gateway.
